What are the available payment methods for online orders?
We accept various payment options including major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), GCash, Maya, and Dragonpay. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select Metro Manila locations.
How long does delivery take within the Philippines?
Standard delivery within Metro Manila typically takes 3-5 business days. For provincial orders, please allow 7-14 business days depending on your location and the size of the items.
Do you offer assembly services for furniture items?
Yes, we provide professional assembly services for large furniture items. You can select this option during checkout for a minimal fee, or it may be complimentary during specific promotional periods.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original packaging and condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, pillows, mattresses, and bedding cannot be returned once opened.
Can I track my order status?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS notification containing a tracking number and a link to our logistics partner's portal to monitor your delivery.
